Weather-related changes are accommodated with flexibility: if heli flights are canceled, Alpine Wonder will reschedule or offer alternative experiences—refunds provided only if no acceptable alternative exists. Unused services due to your personal reasons are non-refundable.

Everest heli tours require a special helicopter permit and overflight clearance from the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal, processed by Alpine Wonder in advance. The process typically takes 1–2 weeks and is included in your package.

Visiting national parks—Chitwan and Himalayan sub-regions—requires park entry fees and conservation permits. These are organized by us and included in your costs, ensuring full compliance and hassle-free access.
