This Manaslu Corporate Trek gives company groups a trek to remember. It mixes adventure, culture, and company events. You’ll go around Mount Manaslu, the world’s eighth-tallest mountain. You’ll see far-off villages, beautiful views, and many types of nature. The trip also has company event days in Kathmandu and Samagaun. This creates a special mix of team building, learning about culture, and making plans.
The trek starts in Kathmandu with a company event. This lets the team set goals, work together better, and get ready for the trip. After that, you’ll go to the Manaslu area. Not many people explore this part of Nepal so it feels more real and private than other popular trails. The path goes through thick forests, stepped fields, and old villages. You’ll see amazing views of Manaslu and the mountains around it.
Hikers can soak up the local way of life in Samagaun village. The team will gather here for a second company event. They’ll look back on what they’ve done, toast their wins, and map out what’s next in a one-of-a-kind, eye-opening place. Mixing hiking with company events builds a strong feeling of friendship and shared success.
This Manaslu Company Hike is more than just walking; it’s a full experience that helps people grow, brings teams closer, and sharpens business thinking. It gives work groups a chance to break free from the usual, push their limits, and make memories that last while strengthening their company ties. By adding specific event days, the hike also helps meet key business goals.
The best seasons to undertake the Manaslu Corporate Trek are spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November). These periods offer the most favorable weather conditions, clear skies, and comfortable temperatures.

Group Size: We can accommodate groups of various sizes, typically ranging from 5 to 20 participants, ensuring personalized attention and a cohesive group dynamic. Our treks are designed to foster a sense of camaraderie and shared accomplishment among team members. We believe that smaller groups allow for more flexibility and a more intimate experience, while larger groups can benefit from increased team spirit and shared resources.
Fitness Level: The Manaslu Trek is considered challenging and requires a good level of physical fitness. Participants should be able to hike for 6-8 hours per day over rugged terrain at high altitudes. The trek involves significant elevation changes, steep ascents and descents, and long days of walking. Prior trekking experience is highly recommended, and participants should engage in a comprehensive fitness program that includes cardiovascular and strength training for several months before the trip. This program should include activities such as hiking, running, cycling, and strength training, particularly focusing on leg strength and endurance.
Acclimatization: The itinerary includes built-in acclimatization days to minimize the risk of altitude sickness. Participants will ascend gradually, allowing their bodies to adjust to the decreasing oxygen levels. We also provide oximeters to monitor oxygen saturation levels and educate participants on recognizing and managing altitude sickness. Our guides are trained to recognize the symptoms of altitude sickness and take appropriate action, including administering first aid and arranging for evacuation if necessary. We emphasize the importance of staying hydrated, avoiding alcohol and smoking, and communicating any symptoms to the guide promptly.
Communication: In Kathmandu, you will have access to modern communication facilities, including Wi-Fi and international calling. However, communication can be limited and sometimes unavailable during the trek. As you venture deeper into the Manaslu region, cell phone coverage becomes sporadic, and internet access is generally unavailable. We carry satellite phones for emergency communication, allowing us to stay in contact with our base in Kathmandu and coordinate any necessary support or evacuation. We also provide participants with information on how to use the satellite phone in case of an emergency.
Insurance: Travel insurance is mandatory for all participants. It should cover medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and trip cancellation. Given the high altitude and remote location of the Manaslu Trek, it is crucial to have insurance that specifically covers trekking activities at elevations above 5,000 meters. We can recommend reputable insurance providers if needed and provide guidance on the specific coverage requirements for this type of trek.
Currency: The local currency is the Nepalese Rupee (NPR). You can exchange major currencies in Kathmandu. It’s advisable to carry enough cash for the trek, especially in smaller denominations, as credit cards are not widely accepted in remote areas. While there are some ATMs in Kathmandu and larger towns, they are unreliable in the mountains. We recommend exchanging currency before leaving Kathmandu and carrying a sufficient amount of cash to cover all your expenses, including meals, tips, and personal items.
Tipping: Tipping is customary in Nepal to show appreciation for good service. While it is not mandatory, it is a way to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of your guides and porters. We will provide guidelines for tipping guides, porters, and other staff, including recommended amounts and the best way to distribute tips. We believe that fair tipping practices contribute to the well-being of our staff and the sustainability of our trekking operations.
