A huge corporate tour stretches for nine long days in a well-defined balance of culture, exposure to phenomenal scenery, and opportunities for much-anticipated team building framed within the scenery of Nepal’s two most incredible cities, Kathmandu and Pokhara. Such a kind of travel package has been organized to offer a refreshing escape for corporate groups from tedious office work and bind even closer team relationships while at the same time breaking the experience with the rich heritage and surroundings of Nepal.
The vibrant capital city, Kathmandu, opens its doors to ancient temples, busy markets, and historical Durbar Squares as it unveils the multifaceted culture of Nepal. Here, the group will explore UNESCO World Heritage Sites, the witness of traditional ceremonies, and experience the city’s unique energy. Next up is Pokhara, a tranquil, lakeside city located within the majestic Annapurna range. Pokhara has all the magic to bring calm compared to Kathmandu, matched only by its beauty: Phewa Lake, mighty mountains, and possibility in adventure and relaxation.
There will be enough avenues for the cooperating corporate groups to hold team-building events, viewing sessions, and informal meets throughout the tour. We have dedicated events for corporates in Kathmandu and Pokhara to bring further incorporation of company culture to target strategic planning, team development, and celebrating events.
The successful amalgamation of travel exploration of culture, nature, and corporate events is surely going to provide a very unique scenario of collaboration, creativity, and a sense of achievement in common. It is designed to rejuvenate and inspire teams through the travel of individual well-being and collective development towards meeting certain specific business targets.
The best seasons for this corporate tour are spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November). These seasons offer the most favorable weather conditions for exploring both Kathmandu and Pokhara.

Another exciting option is zip-lining, which allows you to glide across a valley on a high-tension cable. For those who prefer a more relaxed experience, you can explore the local markets in Pokhara, where you can find a variety of Nepali handicrafts, souvenirs, and spices. Alternatively, you can visit the International Mountain Museum, which provides fascinating insights into the history of mountaineering, the culture of the Himalayan people, and the geology of the mountains. In the evening, the group will gather for dinner, where you can share your experiences and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Pokhara.

Please ensure your passport has at least six months of validity remaining from your date of entry into Nepal.
Currency: The local currency is the Nepalese Rupee (NPR). While credit cards are accepted in major hotels, restaurants, and shops in Kathmandu and Pokhara, it’s advisable to carry cash for smaller establishments, local markets, and personal expenses, especially when exploring areas outside the main tourist centers. You can exchange currency at the airport, banks, and money exchange offices in Kathmandu.

Safety: Nepal is generally a safe country for travelers. However, it’s important to take precautions against petty theft, such as pickpocketing and bag snatching, especially in crowded areas. It’s also advisable to be aware of your surroundings and to avoid displaying valuable items unnecessarily.
Cultural Sensitivity: Nepal has a rich and diverse cultural heritage, with a strong emphasis on tradition and religion. It’s important to dress modestly, especially when visiting religious sites such as temples and monasteries. Remove your shoes before entering these sites, and avoid pointing your feet at people or religious icons, as this is considered disrespectful.
